Mark Sonnier shared a presentation on Suncor's experiences on the internal delivery of employee and leader workshops on Change and Transition in support of the recent Petro-Canada merger. Key learnings included the importance of open, honest communications and focus on conveying the need for individuals to actively participate in their own transitions, which result from organizational changes.
For October and November lunches, the group will tackle a 2-part case study designed to stimulate discussion on organizational change methodology development, as well as the role of internal and external change support resources. Save the dates: October 27 and November 24!
